Project 1: Master Team Set's Marketing Campaign
Master Team Set is a sports cards and collectibles business that started during the E-Bay boom back in 1995. The company first began buying, selling and trading baseball cards. Eventually they expanded to all sports cards and later to antiques and collectibles. The management team has over 90 years of experience in cards and collectibles.
Project 2: Executive Producer
Oversaw all components of production on 6 studio albums including needs assessments, scheduling ,budgeting, project planning and securing finances. Registered studio albums and artists with major publishing companies (Ascap & Socan). Reviewed and signed contract deals with distributors (Amazon, I-tunes and CD Baby.)
Project 3: Operations 360 Project: Building a Studio
Business plan, financing secured, facility leased, blueprints, web-page designed, created and published, building renovated, equipment procured, staffing hired and grand opening
